Primary Links
The primary links are the links for your menu. These can be edited by going to the site configuration, or added when you add a page. In fact, you can have several menus. Also, look at the URL for this page. Not only is clean URL's enabled (not available on all hosts), so there is no ugly ?=node/13, but you can customize what it says at the end using the path settings!
